It was another wet and slow drive in the rain and snow. There were areas of standing water along the Boulder Turnpike and I-25 near Downtown. Overall, traffic was moving slowly in the typical places. In the mountains the traffic was much worse with the winter driving conditions. The chain laws went up for most of the high passes as the snow piled up on the highways.
